MIChild Covered Services

The maximum dollar amount that Delta Dental will pay per enrollee in a contract year is $600. The contract year begins on January 1 and ends on December 31 of each year. The enrollee/parent/responsible party is responsible for paying all costs above the $600 limit. There are no copayments or deductibles; however, some limitations and exclusions apply.
